Rich you have to order one of those fall pics!

Do you record your power output during the TTs?

[quote="Ian Munnery"]Andrew- looks like you had a gold tooth put in, very piratey, Snoop will be pleased.

There's a black one as well, club colours.
[quote="Ian Munnery"]Oh and another thing- how come all the blurks are in full winter gear?
And Miss T Collis is in shorts and T-shirt!

We didn't want to catch man-flu.

Far too many souvenirs of the fall already. At least the photos show the diesel spill I managed to hit.

I do record my power. It tells you lots of useful things like - I was doing just over 25 mph as I came into the corner and hit the ground at about 17.5 mph (assuming the small power bump I can see in the data is the pedal hitting the ground). That will help my training no end

Depends how fit, motivated, rested etc I am.

Last year was between 300 and 320W for 25 and between 310 and 354W for a 10.

Yesterday I'd averaged 315W to the point of the crash and 285W after the crash to the finish.

Rich, I can tell you why you fell off. You know what they say, you should never do something different in a race to what you would normally do when you are training. Well equipment wise I am sure you took all the advice, but one thing let you down.

You pinned the number on your left arm, which no doubt increased the weight to such a degree that a perfectionist like yourself became unbalanced by the weight of the number and 4 safety pins you had hanging off your arm.

Next time either train with a number on your left arm or spray paint your butt.

And Jon, where did you get that helmet, were Tefal doing a special deal?

Cheers

Marek...

SCCU 10, 25

I can definitely recommend riding out to these time trial thingies to get some riding in with the bonus that you get to the event nicely warmed up - 32 miles to get to the 10, ride the 10 and ride home (thanks to RichV for his company) then repeat on Sunday only this time the hall is even further away, so do 42 miles to warm up then a tough 25, and another 45 on the way home.
Oh and I'd also throw in a strong Northerly wind just to make things really tough.

News just in from my doppelgangers blog...

"...Clocking up 1hr 18' 31" in the SCCU sporting 25 was wide of the mark of 1.10 that I had set myself....Racing kicks in again...SCCU at Broadbridge Heath the following weekend. This is my first big test..."

I've also entered the SCCU 25 so the "Andrew Green" battle continues, hope he's my minute man.

[quote]Have you seen this guy yet?

Nope, but if he's got red hair as well then it's getting seriously freaky.

Only the top ten + Tamar are on the CTT website results.
You should get a full results sheet by snailmail from Robin.
