Very informative session last night, with a few laffs thrown in too. I never knew a bike:

had so many moving parts
could look so clean
needed to have its chain changed

The notes to back everything up are very useful and the cup of tea at the start was top drawer. Who knows, I may just try to clean my bike.....sometime.

Yep, thanks to Paul. Can always learn something, and I don't fear headset adjusting, and crank removal anymore. :wink:

Don't forget Grahame and Marco's emergeny fixes talk/demo next month. I shall shart bouncing it back up the forum on a regular basis.
