club run special - Bognor is on

Just a quick reminder that the club run special to Bognor is going ahead on sunday -meet Paul Tunnell at CSS, 8am Sunday

bugger..,
arrived at CSS at 8: 15 to find it totally deserted.. a woman at the bus stop just after the station reckoned " they left 5 minutes ago" .. Well I gave chase but after a few miles realised I would not catch todays Paul Tunnell train !
So i headed down the a23 as I thought i would go to Brighton on me own to get some miles in.. Part way down I headed onto the a264 for Horsham and then the a29 for Bognor. I got as far as Billinghurst ( about 20 miles shy of Bognor ) before turning back. I was conscious of the wind, ( it was hard not to be ) and how hard it would be on the way back.. Headed all the way up to Box Hill, then the club run down to CSS and up to wallington and down the other side to home... clocked up 71 miles which was tough with todays wind..
shame i missed you guy's but I will be on time next trip
