14 hilly miles each way, only doing 2 - 3 days a week though.

Try a forum search Jon as Robert put a poll up not that long ago on this.

I ride just over 20 miles each way (Croydon - Crawley) - year round (although, when the weather's really nasty I do sometimes cop out and take the train).

No wonder Chris was so strong on Bognor ride, with miles like that. :D

32 hilly miles one way. From Chatham Maritime (next to the old royal dockyard) to Bromley along the North Downs 8)

But I only do it one way (home), aiming for 3 times or so per week, and only during the summer 'cos I'm scared of the dark wooded country lanes in the dark  I wish I'd never watched the Blair Witch Project

Do I win? What's the prize? Is it chocolate? I like chocolate.

speaking of chocolate.....did anyone see those wags at Thorntons erected a chocolate bill board in Covent Garden earlier in the week? It was made of several hundred kgs of their finest choccy, eggs, bunnies that lot. They reckoned it would last about a week - it was all gone in three hours flat (or should that be fat). Looked mighy impressive. Grahame - you weren't in town earlier this week....?
