anyway off to the doctor's tomorrow as I've had enough of this infection thingy. Hopefully get better and get in some trainig prior to crystal palace debut.

Stu,
After seeing your riding style today, I would suggest that you take it easy round Dusfold as with a 4th cat race, a break is unlikely, and with your fast finish (don't go too early) you'll get some points.
