Nah hillingdon 4th cats is just like a clubrun until you get to the last lap, that when the racing starts. Just keep closish to the front so you can see what going on, then give it all you got for the finish!

Plus, Enjoy It!

Oh yeah, and make sure you let us know how it goes. I expect results up within 3 hours of the finish

Very well done Adam, and lots to read there.
Was looking forward to Hillingdon tonight with all the other ACC, but still have a cold.
Hoping to be on foot for the weekend, I saw you mentioned a Hillingdon race there on Sat but couldn't find details anywhere - what's the format? Thanks

Oh and it's bad luck to announce you're gonna win a race

Sylv,

Theres a 3/4 race at 1.30 pm, which is what me and stu are gonna do. Then an E/1/2/3 at 2.45pm (which is a higher points band if you want points)

Ok - think I'll use the shorter, hopefully-easier 3rd/4th race to get back into things - haven't been near a bike for a week now.

Good man, me and stu are gonna go training tomorow, try an organise some sort of tactics. Were gonna see if we can do a last lap flyer between us and maybe take all three podium steps!?

He he why not if the wind is down.
I think you need to do it right from the start so that no-one thinks much of it and are too busy getting into a rythm, well maybe a few people might jump in which could come handy.
George did it on his own last year and lasted over 15 minutes like this.
You need a good pre-race warm-up for this, I'll be riding there so that's ok.

Interesting, im not sure my confidence is up that much though!

Then again, its only 25 miles, so maybe do-able.

Yeah well stu an i are aiming to get there about an hour and a half before the start so we'll have a decent warm up on the roads outside...

Well done over the Easter, Adam. Early days yet but all this is keeping Addiscombe close to the top of the South East rankings.
