Paul and I are meeting at end of Shirley Road/ Ashburton Park at about 7.45am.

I'm not sure what route we're taking from there I'm afraid, hopefully Paul will check the forum later.

Yet another great ride.
Met RichV just down the road at a slightly chilly 7:40, but no worries, short sleeves and shorts - I'll sooon get warm.
Then Mr Appleton and Matt D showed up although my directions were somewhat inaccurate and they were waiing on a corner about 100m from where we were standing waiting for them :!:

A mobile phone call sorted that out and we soon gliding along smooth tarmac at a steady pace.
By now it was positively warm and comfortable.
We zipped through Kingston, Hampton Court and Chertsey and through the lanes to the MOD (QINETIC) circuit.
After his race, RichV had to get home and said his goodbyes. We stayed a little longer to see the first few laps of the 3 cats with George and Paul pushing up the pace, with John C sitting in comfortably, smiling (cunning plan John).
Rode home nice and steady with Richard, getting home in time for lunch with a swift 60 miles covered (19.5mph)
Thanks to you all, I really enjoyed the day, especially the great turnout of ACC jerseys.
