Thanks for the reply. I thought about the chaingang. Did it once and it was a painful experience. But beginning to get the feeling that I better get used to the pain if I want to race.

Happy to go again if you're up for it. I think that the start time is 7.15 ish in elmers end.

the worst bit is pole hill, the rest is fine...if you get dropped on pole hill, dont worry, they wait for you at the top of the round about....(its the first hill you hit once you do the U turn...

oops still havn't worked it out.Not sure stu but you could give it a go, :wink:

went on chain gang tonight saw graham down there.Those boys do not take any prisoners do they,my legs are still burning.

Good to see you down there.

You rode really well matey. I got dropped twice. Once at the top of Layhams road and once on Poll Hill. All good fun though. I hope to pop along on Thursday as well.

You should go along to Crystal Palace next week and do the race...

Oh..I went back and found my pump as well.

Drove down their. Full beam headlights were very helpful in finding pump..

I was too knackered to ride anywhere !!
