I had rheumatoid arthritis for the last 2 years, but steroids seem to have cleared that up now, and my enthusiasm has returned now that I can ride pain free.

Thats not good Paul, but its good you are feeling better...good old steroids!! I recently had a fall , heavily onto my saddle dont ask how!! And ended up with a steroid injection to the coccyx!!.... Nice.
