If anyone is after that retro-cool look, I have an old style Addiscombe jersey that I will let go at a very special price. It's the version which is white at the top, yellow at the bottom with a sort of car tyre print across the middle.
This is very exclusive as it is no longer available in the shops. None of your Italian recycled sheep rubbish, this is 100% polyester and made in the UK. As well as the Addiscombe CC brand, it carries the discreet "TAL" logo (The Agreeable Lot). It has been worn and washed many times by me, to save you the hard effort of attaining that "lived-in" look.
Not only do you get the jersey, but also a signed certificate of authenticity and choice of photograph of me wearing the jersey either in time-trial or much rarer cyclo-cross action circa 2003.
Now what is that price of this sort-after item I hear you ask. Well I'm sure you'll agree it's a total bargain at just £99. Not even three figures, I'm robbing myself really. Yes, that's a saving of £26 over that Rapha rip-off. Just think of what you could do with that £26 - go to Beer Circus proudly wearing your new aquisition and get completely slaughtered.
