For me, it will be a recovery ride after my 25 the day before (and ride back from bedfordshire), so I would think 18's are the order of the day - honest.

Chertsey Saturday, 25 Sunday, Brighton Monday, Racing Tuesday (Surrey League?). Ever heard of a rest day, and Brighton and back at 18mph for "recovery". :roll:
