Chertsey MoD

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

Paul T sold me there was no limit, and I wouldn't dare doubt his word.

well, I might go seeing as lots are, train to woking and then 7 mile cycle to the place - anyone else going by train? for the early race?

Doubt I'll be claiming back my expenses though Sylv!

Has anybody going to Chertsey got a Bottom Bracket tool for a Shimano Octalink/ISIS BB?

If so, could I borrow it. I will try and change my BB before the race.

Cheers

I should, but I thought Octalink was different than Isis (and in fact Shimano didn't do Isis)

Post a picture of what it looks like, and we'll know.

I've bought the following:

http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ProductDetail.a ... %20Bracket

The splines are different but the tool to fit the Bottom Bracket is the saem.

Thanks
