How scary was it sitting on your knees on the track with your head tucked in your elbows not knowing what was coming into you from the back - do you even remember? :?

LOL...yeah, I remember quite well ...thinking I hope no one hits me. Since time had slowed down to a crawl, I thought wow! this is good, no one has hit me from behind . Then, Simon and Stu turned up . :)

ouch, bad luck matt, hope you recover soon!

i guess i was pretty lucky in that crash, my road rash is nearly healed, and all my joints feel fine.
