A Place to idle the day away talking about anything you fancy. Expect to find cycling and non cycling topics inside

[quote="Alex P"]Due to the key man being away we are looking at Saturday 23/06 for this epic ride....

Should give us a bit more time to get more people interested.

I would say that 23rd June is looking the probable date at the moment.

Alex or John C have a definitive answer?

The ride is on for the 23rd June.

Could we have an idea of takers for the John C 'special' :?:

This does not mean that we can have CSS to B at other speeds. 8) and would be good to get an idea of interest too

I will be there too for a steady ride down with the 15's. Not to mention lots of Fish and Chips :)

Are the going to be three groups going down on this one as originally intended?

And if so will we all be doing the same route?

CR to Brighton 23rd June.

Postby John Czernobay » Fri May 18, 2007 4:05 pm

Wooooooow, three groups :) now that would be something, what a club :P . There will be a the Super 15's; if at CSS there is a collective for a 17 or 18 etc , great :) but the the Super 15's will still go out, coffee stop on the way down, lunch in Brighton and a cream tea on the way back , that's if you want to ride back. Looks like an agreeable day in the making.

Cannot make tomorrow :( , have a great ride and look after each other  .

I might try and build up to this one.

I think I would have to get a train home though.

The good thing about this ride is that the pace will be good for all comers. And if the Fish & Chips/Beer/Cream Tea or all of the above sufficiently revitalises you then you can take a steady ride back, otherwise just take the train.

It's going to be an archetypal Super 15's ride following the one and only JC.

Just a bump to remind everyone that this ride will be 23rd June for the Super 15's.

And I am sure given the interest and willing leaders there will be some other groups too.
