Looking for the loan of a Tandem ?

A friend of mine at work is looking for the loan of a tandem to use for this year's London to Brighton on June 17th. Does anyone have one lying around that they're not using ?

He hasn't cycled in years and his sister even less, so it would be a leisurely cycle, (so those 60mph time trial machines probably wouldn't suit). Otherwise he'll look to get something cheap on ebay.
