"campylobacter enteritis" !!

it turns out the ulsers in my gut were all part and parcel of this illness....it was part of the 'incubation' stage which is why i was fine for a few days...then comes the fever and the dastardly diarrhea! :mrgreen:

I reckon this thread is just a ploy to stop people sitting on your wheel :wink:

I don't know anything about medicine, but that Yakult stuff sorts me out a treat if my guts are out of balance. Mint tea is good for the digestive system too. Hardly the drink of choice for most teenagers though!!!

jim i was on the muller equivilent of yakult at the time. unfortunately this is just an extreme case of food poisening, its up there with your salmanella and your E-coli! so the drinks didnt do much to save me
