This court ruling is a (froot) basket case :? even the mayor's office thinks so, and he's bananas!

Should be a good one - unfortunately I'll be locked away in a rehearsal studio killing my favourite geetar on Friday evening. Unfortunate for anyone who lives nearby that is

I've had a look at the judgment.

It seems to depend on whether CM is a 'public procession' - defined, helpfully, as a procession held in public  . CM is outside the 'regular event' exemption, because it does not always follow the same route.

There is however an exemption for funerals  . Not sure they have to be human ones though. Is there a use here for all those squirrels, pigeons, foxes and deer which Jon takes out on his way to early morning TTs?

I'm sorry, I really should get out more, shouldn't I?

no fancy bikes, no identifiable clothing!

I'll leave work at 4:15pm and head up there, via Sutton. Meet at Pearsons about 5:00?
