Not all of us Toks, some of us are more mountain sloth than goat. I'll try and remember to time myself next time so I can bring down the average. :D

Jon won't be here come September will he?

Ranmore is a totally different climb to Box, steeper, bumpier...

Im convinced i would have had Sylv if it weren't for having the previous two weeks up at Uni getting drunk every night with no bike to get rid of the hangovers!

I want that title, i know im not the best climber in this club, but man im gonna give it every thing ive got to take sylv's crown!

I have a feeling Saturday's CR may have a large Box Hill return contingent, all starting their stopwatches at the bottom. :D

Well done Paul, I knew someone was gonna be out to get me

Theres no excuses now all the A team have to do sub 6 mins

I bet you really had to go for it right from the bottom, well that's what I did.

I don't reckon any prima-donna sprinters could go below 6

25,4kph sounds about right for that time, well done Paul, don't worry about no one else seeing it, we're not the UCI!

I went out last night and did a sub 5 min climb, by the way.
