Hillingdon 12/06/07 - Another Addiscombe Mid-Bunch Finish!!

Postby David Lombari » Tue Jun 12, 2007 11:12 pm

Well, first race for over a year and I managed to stay with the group, though nowhere near the front for the sprint. No other ACC's there, no knife-welding yoofs either!...or Bon Jovi soundtrack! 25.36 average.

Got home with 62 miles on the clock which ain't a bad ride for a Tuesday evening.

Now off for a cold/hot bath.

Fair play Dave, surely its only a month or so before you join the ACC thrid cats...

...Your riding so strong at the moment, maybe a cheeky break-away is called for next week!?

Hope you weren't too lonely  Good to hear your racing again Dave. Come and join the gang at Palace, with all the quick guys winning they'll all be 2nd cat soon and the pace might drop. :D

Thanks for the support guys. I don't think I'll get to 3rd Cat without losing a stone and 20 years but I enoy racing and that's the main thing, eh.

With my 'snob' head on, I've never liked 'Dave', but I'm mellowing in my old age. As long as it's not offensive, you can call me by any name.

Fat Cipo.
