Criminy! 1 isn't an option as I do this event a week after returning from me Italian adventure
I'm taking me running shoes in an attempt to keep a level of fitness.
I will do a long ride the Sat before and do some turbo-ing during the week. I don't got no tri-bars so at least they can't fall off.
I always use ave spd as my measure - and I do like a good sing song along the way - which is nice (unless yer in earshot)
I will read and digest (ahem) the rest of the tips later.
