It will not be a fast ride, but a clubrun.

Times have changed.

JB couldn't go any slower than that or he would fall off

It will be a very modest pace - I'm going out to enjoy myself, not training

Maybe Marco could lead a proper club run...

Go on an all night bender in Saturday.....the wake up on some verge in Kent with your cycling kit on and 4000 cyclists streaming past thinking...knew I should have stayed off the krony !!

Mr PVT what route would you be taking to Tonbridge, I live in Orpington and would join on the Ride rather than cycle to coulsdon and retrace some of my way.

A pub, large screen, Barcardi and cycling.

What a day it sounds to me.

Count me in for this Paul, was thinking of watching the race out Tonbridge way anyway. Ride out and try to see the peleton wiz by on the KOTM,s stretch then back to the pub.

If anyone wants to join us Sam and I are heading off about 9.00 from SE25 scenic and reasonably leisurely > w.wickham > four elms > chiddingstone causeway > Penshurst > cote de southborogh eta 11.30 just in time for the caravan. kill an hour and a half some how. race passes 13.09 - 13.22. cycle back to sunny south norwood. :D

So, just to be clear - RV at CSS 0830 Sunday morning for 18 mph CR type trip to Tonbridge? Can we see the Tour live from there or just on screen in a pub? I'd quite like to see it live (crowds notwithstanding)

Nick/Paul

My route will head out from merstham going via-bletchingley-tilburstow hill-crowhurst- out thru some small lanes then into Staffhurst wood, thru some small lanes then come out at the top of edenbridge- up and over crockham- turn right down past Chartwell- four elms then on thru the lanes down to Tonbridge.
Maybe we could have a meet at Chartwell area.

Maybe an exchange of mobile no's by PM.

The ladies are with us so it will not be a race, anyone is welcome to come along.
