Can anyone give me a link to the opening ceremony.

Or what time it all starts kids want to come along and don't want them getting to bored......

Is anyone else going where to meet maybe?

Nick

PS also a good link to the stages of the whloe tour.

As well as the link above you can also try
http://www.bbc.co.uk/london/content/art ... ture.shtml
for the general timings of events over the weekend.

To know exactly what time the riders are passing through the various points for for Sunday's stage you can try :
http://www.letour.fr/2007/TDF/COURSE/us/index.html
and scroll down to "time schedule"

This site also gives info about Le Grand Depart, as well as other cycling related events this weekend + tour de france stuff.

Hope this helps.

I'll be up there tomoz night and Saturday. I've got your number Marco so will catch up with you when I'm doing my rounds.

Sunday I won't travel too far away as I'm doing a race round Hyde Park that afternoon. I might just get there early to catch the sign on etc.

In any case I hope to catch up with some of you during the w/e.

I was in Trafalgar Sq this morning, spoke to one of the dudes setting up, he said...

'I wouldnt bother watching from here [T Sq], they're [the riders] gonna come straight out of the national gallery onto the stage. Then they're gonna roll off onto a 2km loop from T Sq to Whitehall. And theres a big screen outside on the loop'

Food for thought me thinks...
