Hurrumpf! :( Bloody work!

The closest I've got so far is seeing a Liquigas car in Selsdon on my way back from Sainsbury's last night.

Does anyone know what time they'll all leave for stage 1? Greenwich start is about 10:30 so I may try and drop by the carpark on the way to CSS on Sunday for a quick photo op if they haven't already left.

Oh well the drink at lunch was nice anyway. Carb loading for tomorrow morning's 10.

I wonder if any of the teams will be around tomorrow morning having a warm up session for the Prolouge?

This post from two days ago has already 4000+ views and Alan's (also with pics) 1500+! How is that possible? Has everyone sent the link to them to their friends?

I for one put a link to this post on the L2P ride forums. Coincidentally the ride starts at Selsdon Park.

I decided to go to work a bit late today and became a cycling groupie with George and Stu. I missed the start but George made them go through Coulsdon so I could join in and we did about 30 miles out to Dorking and back.

Saw loads of riders & teams back at the Hotel and we spent about 30 mins just watching Cancellara, Ogrady and Voigt on their turbos.

Once in a lifetime opportunity.

Just to make you more jealous, I interviewed Cancellara, Schleck, Vandevelde and Zabriskie at their Aldershot press conference...

Think my pointers on time trials I gave him the other day helped

Okay then here's my contribution to this TdF photo extravaganza.

People in Green Pk were taking every vantage point.

As you can tell I'm a bit of a Thor fan, here he is in the warm up area

Stage 1 we were at the top of Quarry Hill in Tonbridge, no action shots as they flew past, but...

The bike park (just like the cafe)

We were trying to keep the sun off our heads in a variety of ways, Jon Camden found the best :D

Great to see such crowds out for a bike race in the UK

I've got a few off my Dad and they look excellent. I'll wait until I get all of them and can sift through and resize.
