ACC in CW

Postby huw williams » Mon Jul 09, 2007 5:47 pm

Well, after much hair-tearing and running into offices shouting "hold the front page" - the news section for CW this week has finally gone to press and TARAAAA!!! It features George's finest moment, it runs with the pic of him by the side of the road with the CdE team in Coulsdon

In all good newsagent from Thursday.

Next week's Top Gear magazine features Paul Tunnell on track with Lewis Hamilton at a Silverstone practice day followed the week after by ACE magazine's feature on Ian Munnery beating Roger Federer 6-0 6-0 6-0 the week before Wimbledon :-)

Where will it all end?

The doorbell went earlier this evening and a local Sigma Sport rider, over here Kingston way, invited himself over to talk about the George story, as he knew I was in the Addiscombe (they threw me out of Sigma Sport tryin to recruit for ACC).

He wants to come over and do a club run with us.. 8)

I did say that there was an intensive initiation ceremony involving picking up olives with his bum cheeks off a block of ice but he said that was no worse than Sigma...
