I'll give my worse 10 ozzie ones.
1) 3 lane roads everywhere with over and undertaking permited even if theres a cyclist in the way.
2) Holden ute drivers with or without a dog in the back.
3) HUGE semi trailers who like to try and take your frame polish off!
4) Ladys who lunch in Toorak, a bit like Esher!!
5) Tradies (tradesmen in trucks.) There a longstanding Hate Hate relationship between them and cyclists.
6) Walkers on the numerous bike paths with mp3 players in !
7) Wildlife, hit a wombat and your dead!!!
8) Unfortunately, at times, other cyclists, on certain roads, like Beach road at the weekends you'll have 7 to 10 thousand cyclists down there on sat and sun!!! And some of them are rather er....difficult!!
9) Pedestrians , LOTS of cafes here people sitting out in the sun, and they just wander in the road.
10) People texting whilst driving.

Lets just hope the Wombats dont start driving utes!!
Those are the bad things but there are good as well, including good road surfaces, a range of mountains 40 mins away, if you want a climb!! and of course Good weather. Melbourne is a bit more seasonal than other parts , but we are in the depths of winter now and it was 57 degs today goes down to low 40s at night, so really mild i still cycle 16k each way to work in farly light clothes, worn gloves twice this winter, so much more comfortable really :D The summer is another thing last summer we had weeks of 86 degs plus lots around 90 to 96 and a couple of 104!! Didn't cycle those days!!
