I recommend 380g of Tesco flapjack eaten steadily during the day at my desk prior to riding home from canary Wharf to Coulsdon. Works like rocket fuel :lol:

Crikey, the author doesn't look too clever in that picture. I wonder if that was before or after? He looks like one of those leathery types you see in beach huts on Hove seafront :shock:
