Yep I was there - after finally overtaking alan 'colnago' malarkey on the way back - with the help of car slip stream :oops:

- i thought it was time to celebrate with some new addiscombe kit - cap, socks, bib shorts and gloves ! Paul Tunnel was looking at various bikes - cervelo - pinarello etc... I heard the shop assistant guy whispher over to another guy conspiratorially - 'he never buys anything !' ... I spoke to George the owner, 'you must be doing well with TdF etc..' , he produced his stock reply that I've heard for the last 5 years, 'not really....'.... come on George!

But it wasnt me that Sean met on Sat...
