Got myself out of work in time for the second half of the races. The pics are not great but the results won't disappoint you ...

Sorry I missed you Andrew, you really need to get yourself an ACC jersey

Kieran those shorts really are short!!

Stu looks like you hadn't cleaned your glass lenses since the weekend.

Hal I have rarely heard anyone breathe as hard as you after the finish.

Fantastic result guys. 3 of the real hard workers at Palace who've improved so much this year.

Great stuff again Keiran, glad all your superb race craft is finally getting the results it deserves.

hi sylv, yea, those shorts are a bit too short but I'm too cheap to get rid of them and get proper ones, also, short they may be they're very comfortable! Anyway thanks for the photos and well done to Hal and Andrew who both deserved their points, I'm just miffed that I was pipped at the post by two others and knocked from 3rd to 5th, if only the finish line had been 5 meters closer they wouldn't have got past me it woz that close! So Hal now has 9 points and I have 8 so hopefully both soon 3rd cat and get rid of the 4th cat tag!

Excellent performance fellas. Chapeau Hal. Guess who's wheel I'll be looking for in the TOBM on Saturday. Hey Kieran, according to Andy Coggan's power profile; and if the Box Hill Challenge calculations can be trusted you're VO2max power is above the average 2nd cats'. Are you thinking what I'm thinking

Sorry to have drawn the attention to such trivial matter Kieran

Now get a podium next time and I can assure you comments will focus on your result instead.

Waiting for Hal's account, but I can say he had a clear margin once at the top of the hill, and even allowed himself to freewheel the last few meters to the line.
