Don't you get it? - if you win you AUTOMATICALLY have clouds over you because in order to beat all the riders who have clouds over them you must be on the hotsauce.
The fact that you've won is the biggest cloud of them all!!!
Therefore all riders on today's stage will stop 10k before the finish because they don't want to implicate themselves, regroup in the car park, coats off, sort it out like men... be the first time in a while that a sprinter has won a major hill stage
