...at least the [url=http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/athletics/6917797.stm]runners[/url]won't be able to have a go at us about our top athletes being drug cheats.

Meanwhile I'm giving myself a 2 week ban from the club run as I head off to top up my lard count with a week of croisants and patisseries (EPO = Extra Pastry Order) in France followed by a week of cheese doping in Switzerland.
