The choice was getting a local French bike shop to put it in a cardboard box and send it back :shock:

...no fekkin way

Or the travel company bring it back in the van it went out in . A longer wait but hopefully safer

October 7 is the Ride of the Falling Leaves isn't it?

If we did it that weekend, we could of course be sure of good weather

October 27th - ACC Road Race

So Im thinking either 13th or 20th for IOW weekend

20th is best for me.

14th is Redmon GP, not running away are you Huw I thought you had unfinished business. :wink:

21st is Bec Hill Climb up White Hill (Surrey's Alpe d'Huez).

I have to do the Redmon as it's my Dad's competitive outing for the year, and would like to do the Bec, so I'll have to return same night with Jon A anyway.

Either date should be ok with me, although was planning to do the Becs hill climb so if the 20th would come back after the ride.
