Steady yet respecatble 18-20 on the way down with all hands sharing the work, emphasis on maintaining the momentum - Freedom to attack on the climbs for those wanting a bit of training but regroup at the tops. After lunch we'll see what the masses are doing and head back as far as Slaugham in a group - then its every man for himself up the club run route in reverse
