SCCU 100

A place to put your results for posterity and to tell everyone what might have been!

Made extensive use of the aero position this morning, good day for it as it was windless => 32"25 commute @ 21.8 mph - record smashed by over 1.5 minute! :-)

I have to find some old bar-ends see if I can fit them on either side of the stem inside of the grips as the position is not very secure ...

Snoop, unfortunately with this event the organiser makes maximum use of time allowed to turn results round and get them out. So Patience pirate patience. See you on Sunday!!

Doubt it. You caught the trike. I caught another rider (no 14?) passing the finish first time round, so you would have been ahead of them. I think I saw a couple going the wrong way up the A24 and Rich was a DNF. That's got the tension building, hasn't it?

If we all finish on Sunday, by my reckoning the Addiscombe SCCU BAR team will be Robert, Snoop and me. Who'd have thought?

Good luck chaps, and make sure you all finish then.

Forget aero and "naked" bikes, I want you all carrying 3 spare tubes/tubs, pump, full puncture repair kit, full set of allen keys, and a chain breaker. Zip ties and duck tape obviously.
