Addiscombe Open 10 - HELP REQUIRED 8th September

Folks,

I am the promoter for the Addiscombe Open 10 mile time trial to be held at Holmwood on Saturday afternoon 8th September (2pm start).

Help is required for various jobs including assisting the start & finish timekeepers, marshalling and number checking at the two roundabouts, sign-in, results board and canteen at the HQ.

One willing volunteer so far has taken the job of pusher-off, all other posts are vacant.

Yarrr. Apologies fer delaying me reply but I had a mutiny on me hands last week tee quell. I be ready and willing tee report fer duty on the 8th me hearty. I'll do whatever ye need tee be done - except fer swabbing the decks, I won't dee that.

How about some of ye nice folk that have ridden the evening 10s this summer (summer??!! ) coming along tee wave yer Jolly Rogers?

Hey Jon - how many definites have you got at the moment..? I'll have a go at press ganging the crowd on the next Saturday club run.

I'll be we get the hundred that we're aiming for on Saturday.

Funny innit - come along and get yer mug in the paper and ooooooohhh, I can make that. Ride all year with the club and get asked to help out once and noooooooo, too busy washing my hair/going to church, walking the goldfish etc etc.

Also - how about some of the folks that have ridden the evening 10s and not yet put something back.....it ain't too late peeps.

Sean - any chance you could get an email out to the masses and see if that'll raise a few more...?
