Well, it's a possibility at any rate.

Paul T, Rich V and myself are representing ACC in the ECCA 12 hour this Sunday....and Paul and Rich are still short of helpers (I have called in favours from Bec riders who I supported last year).

It is hard work supporting a 12 hour but very satisfying. Riding a good 12 is definitely a team effort, and as a supporter it is no mean feat to keep your rider pedalling smoothly for twelve long hours. You need to get the right bottles and food to the right place at the right time and deal calmly with problems ranging from wheel changes and puncture repairs to mental breakdown and rider despair. You can pretend you are soigneur for pro-team. Honest!

Ideally it'd be good to have three supporters per rider....but could manage three supporters for two riders. So far there is only Mrs T supporting Paul and no-one supporting Rich.

It would be much appreciated if anyone could offer their services this Sunday to help Mrs T handing out drinks, food, spare wheels and encouragement. Please contact Paul or Rich to discuss.
