It's raining at Palace

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

It's raining at Palace

Oh no Palace will be off tonight due to the weather conditions.

That has scupper'd my chances of riding 4 races this week

Only 4? You need to get down to the track then you can race every day (I used to  )

Sat - TT
Sun - RR
Mon - track
Tue - Palace
Wed - Track
Thur - SL H'cap
Fri - Hove Park

Sat - start again :D

Good luck George and don't forget to get lots of carbs down ya throat at the end of each stage. Thats gonna be crucial to your recovery even for a superhero like yourself :D

With you in it George, probably.

Don't know if you use a recovery drink but I've found Rego works quite well for me. After CBC lat week I had a bottle and my legs felt fine and never ached or stiffened up.

Mind you that's not racing every day for 5 days straight, so.....
