Well if you get down to Snappy Tomato in S.Croydon you can pick up two Mega 15" ers for the price of one (about £12.50).

The beers are also cheap at 8 cans for £6.00

No wonder this country is on it's knees.

Get fat, drunk and lose your fitness for half the price! :-)

Or it might explain his lack of it next time you see him.

Must give a public thank you to Brian and the Shadow for helping CW out with a photoshoot last night and not being afarid to make idiots of themselves in front of the camera, also to Adam and Stu for studio shoots earlier this month.

The Cycling Weekly Health and Fitness special in October is going to be like an ACC directory

Also, my next request is for models for a food based photoshoot in Fanny's - now I don't anticipate any problems finding volunteers for that :-) I'll keep you posted

I knew there was something odd about: "Fancy popping round to watch the footie over a couple of beers and a pizza...........in your cycling kit" :?

Cheers Huw! Nice photo  , particularly pleased to see that my tan and leg shaving talents have been highlighted

Better not show the missus, she thought I was doing a 2 x 20 in the garage!!
