Shoulder issues...

Its ok thanks Simon, i can sit without my arm strapped up now, so i can type and stuff. Which is nice. Was able to drive with 1.5 arms on friday evening to watch george in the 3 day too (not that im supposed to, but there you go!).

Anyhow, im hoping to be able to get back on my bike come the weekend. Seeing my Physio on thursday, im hoping she's going to tell me im making wonderful progress...

Thats all there is for now, but ill let you know what she says thursday...
