Postby stu23 » Thu Aug 30, 2007 10:31 am

Meeting at Selsdon Sainsburys at 10.

http://www.croydon.gov.uk/maps/95676

Will be shorter this week due 'cos i've lots of things to do on Saturday, hopefully be about 1.5 - 2 hours. Doing my general Keston loop unless anyone has anything against it?

I may be a few minutes late as I've got to pick a bike up from someone, so if I'm not there at 10 give me a ring on 07707572739 as i shall hopefully be on my way.

What is happeneing

i shall go past Selsdon Sainsburys for anyone whos there and interestewd at 10am. if you are not there by 10.05 then i am leaving without you.

sorry for tailing off of post

Like I say - should be done in plenty of time to allow a 10 o clock mtb ride

Thanks for organising those stu. I had a look at your loop and it looks good, some of it I don't think I know.

I'm away this weekend and next but will come out training after that.

Sounds good. Yeah we started it off last week with a roughly planned route and sort of stuck to it adding bits and pieces in that people wanted to do. In general was a good ride, shame we had to end up sitting around for half hour while my bro had a puncture...oh well...alls fun!!

Planning a BIG one for next weekend, keep your eyes on the forum.

I was kinda thinking I'd do the club road ride on Saturday and an mtb ride on Sunday, like last weekend. Any chance of moving the ride to Sunday Stu?

Really enjoyed last Sunday's ride. Did a few good trails I hadn't ridden before.

I like the sound of a big mtb ride next weekend; however I can't promise I'll be able to join you - baby could arrive any time (actually due today!).

Thanks Stu.

Hopefully my cycling won't suffer too much. I just need to find a baby bike seat that can withstand a 35mph offroad descent (kidding!).

Btw, don't know what you are training for, but I've just entered Dusk till Dawn for 6-7th Oct (solo), could offer lift.
