there is no preferred method, last yr we had everything

1. Hard box - £100-300 or £30-50 /week to hire
2. Soft bike bag - £50-100
3. Manufacturers bike cardboard box from GB's - £0

You pays your money & you.......

or in my case I paid zilch

Re: Bags N' Cases

I use a Planet X Bag, it has been excellent. Pleanty of room and not too heavy, nice wheel pouches etc.

Not bad for 90 quid, less any addiscombe discount you can get!

This was the best holiday ever last year! I've been green with envy about all the ACCers going this year. But I've finally wangled it...a SIX day SABBATICAL to donate my kidney to an orphage in Majorca...They gave me the holiday and cried too. I've booked my flight to coincide with the tour from the 30.01.04 to 8.02.04. I'm staying with Mark K. et al. And for those of you who came into 2003 I've started rehearsing my rendition of summertime!

See if they will take both kidneys, then you will be able to stay forever!

Hi y'all,
There's a place going in our appartment for £108.33 for the week (inc. a returnable damage deposit of £33.00), which I'll need in full this week. First to reply gets it.

Ive organised a lift with Peter South of cyclinginmallorca for 4 of us staying @ 37b, from Palma to SP & back 2 weeks later. Is anyone up for another epic mt. ride like this yr where we got a lift out & rode back????

Idea: maybe we could ride out & get a lift back this time & do Soller, Puig Major & Sa Calobra in reverse

Let me know in the next few weeks

Is it too late to join you in Majorca. I have been weighing up the pros and cons, and as an extra Xmas present, the wife has said I can go, if I want!!!.

car hire in SP

Postby monty » Wed Jan 14, 2004 3:40 pm

use Rosslind car rental, which is opp hotel Pionero & close to Mason del rays restaurant, internet caf - so very convenient!

0034971 692985
rosslind@facilnet.es

ask for Grant or Nattilie - brits

say you are a resident of kings park & you should get some discount

ps you can book a car & have it left @ the airport on your arrival but it would need to be a large enough car to carry your bike & luggage
