Noticed GB's have got these on sale for £49.99 reduced from £99.99,and would like your expert advice!

When I ride in Poland in the Winter quite a lot of the riders that I go with wear winter boots. They look pretty effective at keeping out the cold and wet, they must be good as the guys who wear them don't seem to need feet covers, which at the polski temperatures is pretty impressive.

So I think they must be pretty good, they are probably just on special offer as most people over hear tend to go for the more fashionable silver or white type shoes that they can show off in the summer, but in the winter they are covered by feet warmers so does not make any difference what you have got.

They look quite good and that seems to be a good price so why not.

Cheers

If they fit you, buy them! Shoe fits vary with eveyone but if you get along with Diadora you won't regret it.

I hate wearing overshoes in winter as they are so bulky. I was looking for winter shoes last year and found some Shimano (shhhh ) ones that fitted well - I have wide feet.

They are sooooo much nicer for winter riding, also great for commuting in winter. You still get wet feet it you're out for a long ride in a heavy storm but otherwise they keep your feet nice and dry and warm. The attached sock bit covers your ankle well and stops any drafts getting in.

With a good pair of overshoes costing about £25-30 then £50 for good winter shoes which will last a good few years in a no-brainer.

BTW I got mine half price just before winter too, they knock out the previous or two years ago model for the new one, because you just have to have the latest model for your winter shoes  .
