More ACC riders in print

Postby huw williams » Thu Oct 04, 2007 1:06 pm

Just landed on my desk, hot off the printer's press is Cycling Weekly's Winter Health and fitness guide special issue.

130 pages packed with nutrition guides, training plans and health advice to get you through the winter.

If you've got no idea what you're doing this winter, this'll help you out

The real reason you'll want one though is to spot all the Addiscombe contributors in text and in the pics

On sale at W.H.Smiths soon but I'll bring freebies along to forthcoming socials and events wherever possible

There is an extensive section on alcohol and training which I painstakingly researched myself :-)

Adam

This research is ongoing and constantly needs updating

As you appear in the magazine more times than the letter 'e' I think we should have a 'launch party' as is traditional in publishing circles

Wednesday 17th October at Beer circus is an ACC social already penciled in, so I'd suggest we sort it out there

I'm going for the rugged, lived in look. I like to think of it as an interesting or characterful visage.

Personally, I aim for the previously-lived in-but-now-declared-unfit-for-human-habitation look. I think I pull it off rather well

(I'm diggin' these concentric rectangles, if you'll pardon the oxymoron)
