Anybody have a similar dilema??!

Postby mlocke » Sun Oct 07, 2007 9:31 pm

The football season has started with a hat trick from the star centre forward (me!).

This leaves me with a dilema however as I will be unable to come on the club run for the next few months as matches are on a saturday, about mid-day.

I have seen some posts about sunay rides but does anyone go out regularly - particularly if its nice and early, about 8am at the latest, for a couple of hours as I think my girlfriend would kill me if its any longer or later than this.

I normally go with the 18s but could kill myself a bit if you want to go faster (not too much though)

Just go for a quick two hour blast by yourself. You won't loose any fitness, in fact with no opportunity to sit and get pulled along by the bunch you'll probably improve your fitness levels. Damn playing football, those were the days :D

I have a similar dilemma with rugby and cricket for school, I basically try to do it alternately, like one week rugby nxt cycling, attempting to get out as much in between.

Hey Snoop, I went to my first football match for over 20 years at Tranmere earlier this year! My brother wanted to go to a game as part of his stag do and wasn't too fussy where. Just wanted to see some quality football. Well, at least the pies were cheap.
