[quote="mrpvt"][quote]Nice try Paul.

But I got dropped about 5 times last year :cry:

That was a year ago Paul, I know its slightly uphill the finish, but there no reason why you shouldn't win right!?

Errrmmmmmm....now really worried about Sean.

Yup will have to do roundup on Saturday. If any of your other halves cycle and and up for a saunter round the circuit, you guys better prime them for me (as long as they are female!)

It's so much fun watching you all sweat over who is going where and likely to do what......we'll all find out soon enough. :lol:

...and finished 2nd in a SL race this year! No sandbagging, don't worry I'm sure the pace will be "steady". :D

[quote="Andrew G"]Just think it should be Toks decision as race organiser.
I just want people to turn up and enjoy themselves. If it means a few more people get into road racing then we've all done our jobs. However those 4ths who've got a couple of seasons racing behind them and unbelievably strong club newbies should think of racing with the 2/3s. But on the day the choice is yours I wouldn't dream of forcing anyone to race in the wrong category :wink: [quote="Mrpvt"]But I got dropped about 5 times last year
:lol: :lol: you gave us non racers a good giggle last year. You even looked completely shocked at how strong the 4ths and novices club racers were. Come back and stick it to em Paul. Oh I'm glad to hear your son's on the mend :D .

PS can someone remind Queen Joyce that she's needed at the race to get the whole thing going. She promised she'd be there again when we spoke at the TOB prologue.

Hey Toks I couldn't agree more, this race should be all about enjoyment and fun, certainly in the 4/novice.

I'll throw myself on the fire, howzabout anybody who's raced at Palace in the last season and/or anybody who's ridden in the training group jumps to the 2/3? That way complete novices should get a more enjoyable race.

I don't mind if you all sit in the air behind me, as long as you stay there as we cross the finish line. :lol:

Cheers

I've just sent an email to Dennis Sackett to see if he would be interested in shooting us at the event. Not sure if he charges for his presence or just lives off the sales of his photos (he'd be sure to sell quite a few, especially if Adam is racing!), but will let you know the outcome.

Love it Toks. Come on Ian you know you "want" to. I mean - if I can have a go - yes folks I tried last year....I know that's hard to believe cos I ended up in my own race off the back of the bunch faster than you can say shelled out. But....I did have a go. Boy have I ever got a few loose screws. Anyhoo - go for it Ian. I'd enter in your name but I'm in Paris that weekend :shock: 8)

You do get about Snoop! I'll be there the weekend after, had a right nightmare trying to book tickets on Eurostars website the other night. Got it sorted in the end anyway. My best friend is working there atm so I even have a tour guide for the weekend!

:shock: SHOCK HORROR

Adam's going to spend a whole 4 days away from his bike to enjoy life!
