This thread has gone AWOL again - how was it in the 17s?, or Michelle tell us more about why you peeled off before we got to the interesting part of the ride back.

Perhaps both Michelles would like to get to Beer Circus on wednesday and we'll see which of 'em can drink beer :-)

[quote]no attacks out of corners/ on hills - just a steady ride all the way at a consistent pace

Keith and I live in Oxted, so as soon as we get north of Horley (Salfords), we need to peel off to go through Smallfield and to home.

We have a 20 ride to get to Coulsdon South for Saturday morning - including a couple of big hills called the North Downs!

We don't need to do any extra mileage ie cycle to Coulsdon and then back home....

No, Marek doesn't do social outings unless they involve at least three hours of self propelled momentum at speeds of 25mph+

In short, he doesn't come out unless there's a long, fast bike ride involved.

Shame really - he used to be a promising drinker until racing and a nice family sent him off the rails

Ha  ha  ha  . OK well I'll just have to wait a bit longer to clear that 10 cubic cm of space in my garage then.
