Dear All,

You may have already heard that Britain's biggest track cycling event of 2004, the UCI World Cup, is coming to the Manchester Velodrome at Easter, 9th - 11th April. The meeting is presented by Kellogg's and features teams from 40 countrieswith all the principal track stars competing for their places at the World Championships and Olympic Games. For Great Britain, Australia, France, Germany and the others this is the crunch. Even Mario Cipollini is rumoured to be riding the Individual Pursuit!

To book your seat telephone 0871 230 2621 or just click the link to http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/clickthrus/?id=14161

For further event details click http://www.worldtrackcycling.com. Clubs may also wish to organise coach parties to the Velodrome and there are attractive arrangements for those who do. These are available Ticketmaster's Groups telephone number 0161 385 3632.

Finally, we also have a limited number of 8 person hospitality boxes available at the event, in the track centre. Excellent food and wine are being served here at a cost of £350 per table. These are available from Rita Bellanca at 01372 464666 after 18th February.

Don't delay. We look forward to seeing you and your friends there.

We should all boycott this, because it has caused the Herne Hill Good Friday meeting to be cancelled

hmmmmm, perhaps you're right............

...............or maybe we should just get on and support it - if we don't, the progress made with Revolution etc could go to waste, and we won't get world cup event in this country for several more years
