Those that are getting the ferry from Lymington, what time are you aiming for?

(Spoke to Basil at the Bugle yesterday by the way, and he does indeed sound in a tizzy)

Yarmouth harbour 10pm - hopefuly start at 10.30

2 cars will be strategically positioned in the car park

Mine- which is staying put, and the Tunnell's (Ruth is going to drive to Seaview to the half way point on the ride and meet us for lunch. So if you want to use the Tunnell's machine for spares/clothing/food etc they've kindly offerd this as an option

If you're coming over on the ferry sat morning - arrive dressed to ride (suggest using the ferry toilets as changing room) - then you can dump your stuff in the car, have a quick briefing regarding the route and get quickly underway. The race will be netralised until the first climb at Freshwater. I'M KIDDING, I'M KIDDING, it'll be steady :-)

Maps will be provided in case of emergency but the whole official route is signposted and our intention is to stay together or at least re-group at strategic points.

Want to get back for 5 latest to avoid darkness, get fed, few beers with the rugby then, as Mark Bayliss is coming, he'll wanna take us to a gay bar :-)

I think most people are aiming for the 9.15 ferry so I reckon we should just start as soon as we can after 10.30 - last man ready to ride buys the tea at seaview.
