It would be brilliant if we could have some pro-women guest-starring in our training group to kick our butts.

I remember being in a road race at Hillingdon last year which Rosara Joseph had entered - she was as strong or stronger than a lot of the 2nd and 3rd cat men in there.

Also those who have raced at Palace this year will remember how strong Jo Rowsell is.

I could ask Jenny Copnall the long-time uk mtb champ, but she's in Buckinghamshire.

Huw could you not arrange something as the next ACC "coup"?

i think she ways more than me though, power to weight ratio, thats my excuse. also she probably uses all the pro equipment , so thats at least 2 mins advantage :lol:

Power to weight ratio has very little effect on time trials if they are flat it more to do with absolute watts, frontal area, technique etc...
