Wee, that was fun - almost enough to make me consider getting a licence for the winter series (but not quite).
I got the B race
And a B race prime
which I thought had burned my (limited stock of) matches.
Stu got the A race from Keith Knight with Adam a reasonably distant third
.
I've now got enough race DVDs to lend George to keep him on his turbo long enough to get to next years TdF.
Michelle was riding really well and looking like she was going to challenge for the final sprint when she got distracted by the trim bottoms of the A race coming by, looked across, caught a wheel and fell. Fortunately, she aimed well and made it to the grass before contacting the ground, didn't take enybody out, and the brief pause whilst everybody checkked if she was OK (she got pretty much straight back up) gave me enough time to catch my breath for the wind up to the sprint. At one point on the last lap I seriously thought we were in danger of unlapping ourselves (by 1 of 3 lappings) from the A race, but they stayed far enough ahead to not get in the way
.
