Just what is VO2?
"OK, I know VO2 max is important - I just don't know what it is!" So "VO2 max" is the maximum amount of oxygen, expressed in milliliters, you can use in one minute, per kilogram of bodyweight. Most charts have anything above 50-60 as "high" - Lance is an 83.8...
So TT you should really kick some tail at Sandown....And maybe the Tour De France!! You should at least be a contender
